Common questions

Why didn't my minutes count?

Only verified minutes keep your streak. If a check fails or you skip it, the minutes are saved as timer-only. You can verify them from Home within 48 hours.

How do I move to a new phone?

With iCloud Keychain on, open Readwick on the new phone and it offers to restore your streak. Otherwise, on your old phone go to Profile → Backup → Show my backup code, then on the new phone tap "Have a backup code? Restore" on the welcome screen.

How do I add friends?

Go to Friends → Add. Share your invite link, or type a friend's 6-character code.

How do I delete my account?

Profile → Backup → Delete my account. See the privacy policy for what that removes.
